The terms that apply to this website and to work carried out by DONE.
Using this website
This website provides information about DONE's services. Submitting a form does not create a contract; engagements begin only once scope, timeline and cost are agreed in writing.
Project requests
Information you submit should be accurate and yours to share. We review each request and respond with next steps, questions or a scope proposal.
Engagements
Each engagement is governed by the agreement confirmed with you, covering scope, deliverables, revisions, timelines, fees and confidentiality. DONE remains your counterparty for the work, including work performed by assigned specialists.
Network applications
Applying to the DONE network does not guarantee acceptance or a volume of work. Accepted professionals work with DONE under a separate agreement.
Intellectual property
Rights in delivered work transfer to the client on full payment, unless the engagement agreement states otherwise. Website content and branding remain the property of DONE.
Liability
DONE's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, to the extent permitted by law.
